BluePearl’s Urgent Track program prepares you to be an experienced, capable and confident urgent care clinician delivering exceptional medicine to pets in need.

Choose the path that’s right for you.

Urgent Track offers two career paths: Urgent care and emergency medicine. Wherever you want to go, BluePearl will give you the tools and support you need to succeed.

Urgent care track.

All BluePearl urgent care clinicians receive robust onboarding with virtual modules that cover subjects ranging from treatment of dermatologic urgencies to orthopedic exams to toxicities. You’ll gain the skills and training to walk into your first urgent care shift with confidence.

Emergency medicine track.

Urgent Tracks offers the unique opportunity to further expand your skills to become an ER clinician without the need to complete an internship. The one-year virtual program consists of medical modules that cover a range of emergency topics and wet-lab sessions to practice common procedures.

After training, you’ll gain hands-on experience working ER shifts under the mentorship of a senior emergency clinician.
